App Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Up & Adam, LLC, operating as Up & Adam Studios(“we” or “us”), covering your use of the mobile apps we publish. By downloading or using one of our apps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your license to use the apps

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our apps on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. We keep all rights, title, and ownership in the apps, including their code, design, and content.

What you may not do

• Copy, resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute an app.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or try to extract the source code, except where that restriction is not allowed by law.
• Use an app to break the law or to interfere with how the app works.

Your content

Anything you enter into an app stays on your device and belongs to you. We do not access it, and you are responsible for keeping your own backups.

Not professional advice

Our apps are tools, not advice. Some of them touch money, budgeting, or savings. Nothing in an app is financial, tax, accounting, investment, or legal advice, and you should not treat it as a substitute for a professional who knows your situation.

No warranty

The apps are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or that an app will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use the apps at your own risk.

Limit on liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Up & Adam, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of an app. Because most of our apps store data only on your device, keeping your own backups is the best protection against data loss.

Google Play

Your use of an app is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Those terms apply alongside these for the Play Store relationship.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version will always be posted here with a new date at the top. Continuing to use an app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
