App Privacy Policy

This policy covers the mobile apps published under Up & Adam Studios, the app-making arm of Up & Adam, LLC (“Up & Adam Studios,” “we,” or “us”). It explains what these apps collect, which in almost every case is nothing.

The short version. Our apps are built to run entirely on your device. They do not require an account, they do not send your information to us or anyone else, and they show no ads. Whatever you enter stays on your phone.

What we collect

Nothing. Our apps do not collect, transmit, or sell personal data. Across the apps:

• No account or login. You do not create an account or give us a name, email, or password to use an app.
• No analytics or crash-reporting tools that identify you.
• No advertising. We show no ads and do not use an advertising identifier.
• No collection of your location, contacts, photos, or microphone.

Where your data lives

The content you create in an app (for example your entries, settings, or progress) is stored on your device, using the device’s own storage. We cannot see it or reach it. If you delete the app, that data is removed with it. If you want a backup, use your device’s own backup feature.

Device permissions

If an app asks for a permission, such as notifications or vibration, it is used only to provide that on-device feature. It is not used to gather information about you.

Children

Because our apps collect no personal information from anyone, they collect none from children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13, or the equivalent age in your region.

Google Play

You download our apps through the Google Play Store. Google may collect limited information as part of delivering the app and running the store, under Google’s Privacy Policy, which we do not control.

Which apps this covers

This policy applies to every app published by Up & Adam Studios. Each one is built to the standard described here. Apps that handle more sensitive information, such as The Step, have their own dedicated privacy policy, linked from their Google Play listing. If a future app ever needs to collect or transmit data, we will update this policy and that app’s store listing to say exactly what it collects, before it does so.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
